This website is operated by Canes Long Island, a youth travel baseball program based on Long Island, New York. Canes Long Island is operated by Blackout Holdings LLC. You can reach us at info@caneslongisland.com, (516) 521-4822, or 21 Deforest Street, Amityville, NY 11701.

We collect information through two forms: a Contact form and a Tryout Registration form. The information we receive is the information you choose to type into those forms, which may include:

• Your name and the player's name
• Email address and, if you provide it, a phone number
• Age group, position, or other baseball background you choose to share
• The content of your message or inquiry

You are not required to use these forms. You can contact us directly by email or phone instead.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate and follow up on tryout registrations, and to communicate with you about the program. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.

Tryout Registration forms are submitted through the secure Canes Long Island registration system. The Contact form on this website is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit a form, the information you entered is transmitted to Formspree and delivered to Canes Long Island by email. Formspree handles that information under its own privacy and security terms.

As with most websites, ordinary technical information may be processed when you visit — for example, your browser type, device type, and general request information handled by our hosting and form providers. This information is used to deliver and maintain the website.

This website does not collect payment information. If Canes Long Island later links to Stripe or another external payment service, that provider collects and processes payment information directly under its own privacy and security policies. Canes Long Island does not receive or store full payment card details through this website.

Inquiries about a player are expected to be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Information about a player that we receive through these forms is used only to respond to the inquiry and to evaluate participation in the program.
